930 BCE = Benjamin and Judah establish Kingdom of Judah in the South, 10 other tribes establish Kingdom of Israel in the North.

In 722 BCE, Assyria overtook the Northern Kingdom’s capital, Samaria, whose people were gradually assimilated; thus the “10 Lost Tribes of Israel”

    Very cool. Great start here. Thoughts:

    1)If you're going to list Esau, you might also consider listing Ishmael.
    2) Your listing of Jacob's sons is a little inconsistent: while Yehuda is Judah, Yosef is Joseph - and Manasseh and Ephraim are Josephs sons.

  2. Thanks, Paul. I was trying to do 2 things at once (show were tribes came from and clarify Hebrew names) and it wasn't working... Names are modernized, and only sons now. Next step: adding a transition piece from sons to tribes? Your thoughts?
